Front Desk Agent

FRONT DESK AGENT

Duties:

  • Providing excellent customer service is one of the most important job duties
  • You should be able to greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly, and conversational manner
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the staff and maintain a professional attitude even in the face of challenges, such as an irate guest
  • Strive to provide guests with the best experience possible and work to solve problems quickly rather than have a guest leave with a bad impression of the resort
  • Book reservations and assign condos based on availability
  • Register and check-out guests
  • Answer inquiries regarding Seasons Resort by email, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests’ complaints

Maintenance Personnel

MAINTENANCE Personnel

Duties:

  • Repairs doors, door locks, closets, installs window blinds
  • Repair minor leaks in sinks and toilets
  • Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required
  • Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures
  • Performs outside custodial duties such as snow removal, lawn mowing and trimming as required
  • Performs preventive maintenance procedures on buildings and some equipment


Housekeeping

HOUSEKEEPING

Duties:

  • sweep, scrub, and mop floors
  • vacuum carpets and area rugs
  • empty and clean trash containers
  • dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
  • clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
  • wipe down glass & wooden surfaces
  • make beds and change linens tidy up rooms
  • wash windows
  • clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, as well as condos
  • restock condo supplies as needed
  • check all appliances in rooms are in working order
