General Information

Deposits:

A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required to make a reservation. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Cancellations:

There is a $25 cancellation fee per reservation. If you cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival the remainder of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, the remainder of your deposit will be held and can be used as a credit towards a future stay for up to 1 year. (Please note, your deposit will be non-refundable after this point.) Some packages, specials, and holiday/vacation periods may have more extensive policies. No refunds for early checkouts.

Security Deposit:

Security deposit is $150.00 and is payable by credit card upon check-in. It will be returned within ten days, provided there is no damage or excessive clean-up required.

Maid Service:

Daily maid service is not provided. All units do have linens, towels, bath and dish soap, and paper products. You may consider bringing extra bath towels.

Pets:

We regret that pets are NOT allowed in our units. We can provide you with telephone numbers for local kennels.

Facilities:

All of our guests may enjoy full use of our clubhouse facilities at no additional charge. Our facilities include an indoor pool, large whirlpool jacuzzi, changing rooms, sauna, ping pong tables, exercise equipment and a large game room with pool tables, video games and an air hockey table. Seasonal amenities include tennis courts and outdoor games. Clubhouse hours are posted on site.

Towel Exchange Program:

A $5 refundable deposit is required per guest for the pool towel exchange program. This deposit will be added to your charges at the time of reservation and will be included on your confirmation.
