Penthouse Condominium description for G and H units: This is the largest style of condo located on the top floor of every building and will sleep 2-12 guests comfortably. All units are individually owned, and the owners’ furnishings and décor will differ by condo unit. These condos will have a fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances- stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping loft upstairs with additional bedding. This style is ideal for one large family, two families or a family and a set of grandparents who all want to stay together. Each condo has two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone and 2 private decks (one off the living area/master bedroom in the rear of the building and another off the loft on the front of the building).
From the foyer, you enter through the kitchen to the dining and living areas that are one open concept area. Off the living room is access to the lower deck that spans about 30-ft to the master bedroom. In the hall there is a laundry closet, equipped with a washer and dryer. There is a full guest bathroom with tub/shower combo and a guest bedroom which may have one large bed or a combination of bedding. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, with either a king or queen bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Access through the sliding door in the master to the lower deck which also connects to the living area. The loft area is accessed by a staircase in the hall and the bedding arrangements of this area vary from condo to condo. The loft areas also have an attached spacious private deck overlooking the front of the building. The layout is only a representation and does not reflect what will be in the specific condo. Please be aware some of our Penthouses could be equipped with air-conditioning and a woodstove, but not all of them.
