The Seasons Resort’s highest priority is the safety, security and well-being of all who stay here.
We will continue to welcome travelers from all states and countries with a completed statement of quarantine. Currently residents of the New England States (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont) will not be subject to a 14-day quarantine period prior to staying in NH, subject to change with regulations. We will be requiring masks/facial coverings to be worn in the common areas of the condo buildings and in the Clubhouse amenities building, except while in the pool and Jacuzzi. The Clubhouse amenities are very popular places to visit, we require all renters/owners to call ahead to reserve their desired time slot and area. You must make a separate reservation for each area that you want to use. In fairness to all, time slots are 1/2-hour blocks with disinfecting in between guests visits. Please check with our Front Desk for availability. We ask that when you are outside of the condo you rented, that you maintaining social distancing and wearing face masks when within less than 6 feet of another person and inside the Clubhouse. We are blessed to live in such a beautiful area that tourists from near and far love to come and stay. We are grateful to our guests that have shown us their continued patronage over the years, and we look forward to welcoming you back. In an effort to continue to “flatten the curve” on the virus here in NH, we are asking for your cooperation and adherance to our new protocols. We will continue to follow the guidelines from the Governor, Re-opening Task Force, NH Department of Public Health and the CDC, in an effort to continue to flatten the curve.

We are elevating our level of cleanliness and have developed new protocols designed to continue to take care of our guests and staff alike. We will continue to monitor the latest advice and recommendations from different health organizations, the CDC as well as the local authorities. By providing this information and establishing these protocols, we want our guests to know that we are doing everything we can to welcome them back to a safe and clean environment.
The Seasons Resort continues to follow all guidelines from the NH governor regarding residency and quarantine requirements from potential guests. If you have had recent contact with someone with COVID-19, or anyone who has shown COVID-19 symptoms (including fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell) in the two weeks prior to your arrival, we ask that you cancel or re-schedule your reservation and stay home.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
Given the COVID-19 pandemic we will allow free cancellations related to bookings for our guests, when we are notified 14 days in advance of the reservation arrival date. In addition, so long as we have at least 72 hours advance notice, we will grant free cancellations for any traveler who feels they may have been exposed to the virus or who may be showing symptoms (fever, cough, respiratory problems).
