FRONT DESK AGENT
Duties:
- Providing excellent customer service is one of the most important job duties
- You should be able to greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly, and conversational manner
- Communicate effectively with other members of the staff and maintain a professional attitude even in the face of challenges, such as an irate guest
- Strive to provide guests with the best experience possible and work to solve problems quickly rather than have a guest leave with a bad impression of the resort
- Book reservations and assign condos based on availability
- Register and check-out guests
- Answer inquiries regarding Seasons Resort by email, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests’ complaints

MAINTENANCE Personnel
Duties:
- Repairs doors, door locks, closets, installs window blinds
- Repair minor leaks in sinks and toilets
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required
- Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Performs outside custodial duties such as snow removal, lawn mowing and trimming as required
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on buildings and some equipment

HOUSEKEEPING
Duties:
- sweep, scrub, and mop floors
- vacuum carpets and area rugs
- empty and clean trash containers
- dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
- clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
- wipe down glass & wooden surfaces
- make beds and change linens tidy up rooms
- wash windows
- clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, as well as condos
- restock condo supplies as needed
- check all appliances in rooms are in working order
