Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation 14 days or more prior to the arrival date results in a cancellation fee of $50 and the  remainder of the deposit is refunded.  Cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date results in a cancellation fee of $50 and the remainder of the deposit is held for you to re-book towards another stay within 6 months.  Cancelling within 3 days /72-hours of the arrival date results in the forfeiture of 1 nights lodging and the remaining deposit is held for a  future stay within 6 months.

 

Holiday/Vacation Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation 30 days or more prior to the arrival date results in a cancellation fee of $75 and the  remainder of the deposit is refunded.  Cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date results in a cancellation fee of $75 and the remainder of the deposit is held for you to re-book towards another stay within 6 months.  Cancelling within 3 days /72-hours of the arrival date results in the forfeiture of 1 nights lodging and the remaining deposit is held for a future stay within 6 months.

All units in our rental program are Pet Free- NO PETS ALLOWED. A minimum $200.00 fee will be assessed to guests with pets.

Service Dogs are permitted call for approved units.

All units are Non Smoking- smoking of any kind inside the unit is subject to minimum $250.00 fee.
