Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is 4 pm or later on day of arrival.  Check-out time is  10 am on day of departure.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation 14 days or more prior to the arrival date results in a cancellation fee of $50 and the remainder of the deposit, less the fee is refunded.  Cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date results in a cancellation fee of $50 and the remainder of the deposit, less the fee is held for you to re-book towards another stay within 6 months.  Cancelling within 3 days /72-hours of the arrival date results in the forfeiture of 1 nights lodging and the remaining deposit is held for a future stay within 6 months.

Holiday/Vacation Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a reservation 30 days or more prior to the arrival date results in a cancellation fee of $75 and the  remainder of the deposit, less the fee is refunded.  Cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date results in a cancellation fee of $75 and the remainder of the deposit, less the fee is held for you to re-book towards another stay within 6 months.  Cancelling within 3 days /72-hours of the arrival date results in the forfeiture of 1 nights lodging and the remaining deposit is held for a future stay within 6 months.

Dog Policy

Our individually owned condos, are Seasons managed rental units. Some owners do bring their dogs, therefore we highly recommend that if you have pet allergies you call us direct so we may assist you in renting a unit that is Pet Free and/or Allergy Free.  We welcome guests with Service Dog companions.  We offer Dog Friendly condos- available on line with a paw, or call us for approved dog units and availability.  The daily fee is added on the online booking, the cleaning fee is added after the reservation is made. Abbreviated policy is below, complete policy & waiver are provided at the time of reservation. 

These terms and conditions apply to domesticated dogs and do not apply to Service Dogs as that term is defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable state law. Service Dogs are always welcome. Our dog friendly offer is subject to changes and availability in dog approved condos. The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Dingo, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Korean Jindo, New Yorkie, Pit Bull Terriers, Presa Canario, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terrier, St. Francis Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, and mixed breeds that include any of the above. Dog under 30 pounds max. 2, dogs over 30 pounds max. 1 dog.

I/We hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions:

  • Dog owners must provide a crate and leash for their stay. 
  • A minimum cleaning/damage fee of $100.00 per stay, and a $15 daily dog fee. An additional dog fee of $15.00 per day, will apply to the second dog and be added to your bill.
  • Dogs must be leashed, at ALL TIMES when outside of the condo and walking on property.
  • Dogs must be housebroken. Use of pee pads inside the condo or on the deck is not allowed.
  • Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. A valid rabies certificate must be presented upon check in.

Service Dogs are permitted call for approved units.

Smoking Policy

All units are Non Smoking- smoking of any kind inside the unit is subject to minimum $250.00 fee.  There is No Smoking or Vaping allowed within 25- ft of every building.

Quiet Hours

There are property wide quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, delineated to us by the Town of Bartlett are enforced.  Out of respect and the courtesy of other guests, we ask that everyone staying on the property comply with the hours by limiting noise after 10 pm.  Noise complaints may involve the police responding. If there are multiple offenses against the same party, you will be asked to leave.
