Description
This is a Townhouse unit, a one-bedroom condo with an upstairs sleeping loft and air conditioning, that is located on the mid-level of the building and short walk to the Clubhouse Amenities Building. The unit sleeps up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds and a twin bed with a twin trundle in the loft. The unit has 2 mini-split air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom, and one in the loft area. As with all of our Townhouses it has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, 2 private bathrooms and all the linens. For guests' convience the owners have provided a crock pot, blender and Keurig. Being a kid friendly family, the owners have provided a variety of different amenities for guests' use: high chair, pack-n-play, bed safety rails, to name a few. Additional amenities for this particular condo can be found listed in the Amenities tab. This is a Dog Friendly condo for travelers, subject to fee.
