Over the past year, our staff has developed an understanding and appreciation of the importance of our Covid-19 protocols. With the fall season upon us and winter season just around the corner, we continue to remain vigilant, the health and safety of our staff, guests and owners a priority.
We will continue to follow the recommendations of the State of New Hampshire Best Practices and the CDC guidelines.
Anyone who has been fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus will no longer be required to wear mask at our Resort. If you have not been vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus, please follow our guidelines below and respect our policies for your own safety as well as others who may not be vaccinated.
- We ask that you wear a mask and keep a safe distance from others in the common spaces of the condo buildings.
- Non-Vaccinated – Masks are requested to enter the Clubhouse Amenities building and while transitioning to the different areas-pool, hot tub, game room, etc.
- Best practice recommendations are to still maintain 6-ft distance between guests.
All Resort amenities are open for your enjoyment, except the dry sauna.
Like many businesses, we are struggling with a lack of staffing this year. With minimal staff, it would be very difficult to have our Clubhouse amenities building open daily 9 am to 10 pm. Knowing that it’s more popular in the later part of the day than the earlier part of the day, our hours this summer will be a bit different. We have made the difficult decision starting Sunday September 12th to modify the Clubhouse and Front Desk hours to:
Sunday’s: 10:00am – 6pm
Monday’s: 10:00am – 6pm
Thursday’s: 10:00am – 6pm **CLOSED THANKSGIVING 11/25**
Friday’s: 9 am – 10 pm
Saturday’s: 9 am – 10 pm
It has been tough on everyone over the last year, and difficult running a lodging establishment with different regulations and limited staff. We ask in advance, that you be patient with us and respectful of our policies. Please keep in mind that we are ALWAYS trying our very best. A little kindness goes a longways.

- The following applies to use of the pool, hot tub, arcade, ping pong tables and exercise area.
- Advanced reservations are required for each area separately to maintain capacities. The first reservation(s) can be made 24-hours in advance of arriving on property by calling 800-332-6636.
- Each slot is for 30-minutes, no exceptions.
- Going between any one of these areas is prohibited
- You may schedule use of multiple areas back to back, but there may be a 15-minute break in between for disinfecting
- ** Failure to comply with our policies will result in loss of the Clubhouse amenities.
Property: Tennis courts, basketball hoops, Whiffle Ball Field, Horseshoe pits, volleyball/badminton net and 2 fire pits located at the pond. We have basket balls, volleyball, badminton rackets & birdies, tennis rackets & balls, horseshoes, croquet, Bocce Ball, etc. are available through the Front Desk.
Please be mindful of any signs and special instructions for use of these amenities. We ask that guests using any of the amenities limit their time for which others may be waiting, so all guests have an opportunity to enjoy the Resort amenities.
HOUSEKEEPING & CLEANING PROTOCOLS:
We are continuing with our cleaning protocols of all common spaces and high-touch surfaces at our amenities building. You will find hand-sanitizer in convenient locations in common areas throughout the building.
The Seasons RMC managed condos will continue to be cleaned with the highest standards and cleaning protocols which includes a 24 to 48-hour rest period in between each reservation to ensure that there isn’t the same day check-out and check-in. You can be assured that the condo you reserved has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with a proper rest period prior to your arrival. **Seasons RMC is not responsible for the rental procedures in other owner self-managed condos on the property.
Please note that the linen & towel changes previously provided for stays of 6-days or more, are now an option for the traveler. Should you opt to have this housekeeping service, based on your own level of comfort and desire, we ask that you contact the Front Desk 24-hours in advance to make these arrangements.

Our condos are a great alternative to expensive hotel stays. With fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and linens provided. All you need to do is bring the fun. We offer Dog Friendly condos with a $15 daily fee and additonal $100 laundering/damage fee, call for details and availability.
