Nestled in The White Mountains on the southern base of Attitash Mountain and only a mile from the ski slopes, The Seasons Resort is the perfect destination for families looking to enjoy ALL that the White Mountains has to offer.

The Seasons Condominium Resort is conveniently located near popular attractions including Storyland, Santa’s Village, Attitash Mountain and Cranmore amusement areas, and the Conway Scenic Railroad… North Conway’s outlets, shops and restaurants… canoeing and kayaking as well as some of the best hiking and biking trails in the White Mountain National Forest. Attitash, Cranmore, Black, Wildcat and Bretton Woods alpine ski areas… Jackson Ski Touring, access to the trails at Great Glen Trails and Bear Notch Touring Center Nordic ski areas…

We offer Dog Friendly condos with a $15 daily fee and an additional $100 laundering fee. Call for details and availability or visit the approved dog units on the website, displaying a paw print. Sorry, no cats allowed.

We require a 3-night minimum stay when booking online during peak seasons and holiday and vacation periods. We will consider shorter stays at managements discretion, please contact us directly at (800) 332-6636 for more information.

Our condos are a great alternative to expensive hotel stays. With fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms and linens provided.

Two Bedroom

Two bedrooms with two private bathrooms, all on a single floor. Many of the two bedroom units are equipped with wood stoves. Each condo has a private deck accessible from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Units are available with or without air conditioning.

Penthouse

Two bedrooms with an upstairs sleeping loft are with additional bedding. Each condo has two private bathrooms, a lower deck off the living room and master bedroom, and an upper deck off the loft. Many of the Penthouse units are equipped with wood stoves. Units are available with or without air conditioning. Sleeps 2-10 people.

The best part of renting a condominium is that you can really make yourself at home. With full kitchens, 2 bathrooms, plenty of sleeping space, modern appliances, and televisions. You can cook in, comfortably enjoy take out, or simply make breakfast quick and easy so you can get out the door for an adventure. Saves you both time and money!!!

Some of our units have wood stoves for the authentic mountain experience. All of our units have a washer and dryer so you can dry out after a day on the slopes or in the river.

Much better than a hotel or motel room – so much more comfortable and privacy.

About The Seasons Condominium Resort

The Seasons Condominium Resort consists of 176 one and two bedroom condominium units in a peaceful 45 acre wooded setting just south of Route 302 in Bartlett, New Hampshire. The location is ideal for enjoying the year round activities available throughout the area.

All of our units come with fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, linens and private decks. The rates displayed online as starting at, are mid-week rates for Sunday thru Thursday. We require a 2-night minimum stay when booking online, with the exception of holiday and vacation periods which require a 3-night minimum. We will consider shorter stays, please contact us directly at 800-332-6636, as this feature is not available on our online booking.
