I loved that our space felt like a home for the weekend we stayed.

We’ve stayed here during the winter to ski, nicely located to several options like Attitash and Cranmore, but we were in town for hiking and the theme parks.

The clubhouse on site opens at 9 and has an arcade area with videos games (75 cents each), pool tables ($1), and ping pong (free just need to leave a deposit for paddles and balls).

The pool is indoor and nice size. We went early and had the place to ourselves. Before we left two other families arrived by there was still enough room.

We stayed in a friend’s 2 room with loft option and rates were reasonable.

The units have stocked kitchens, laundry in unit, you can park close to the entrance of your building.

Overall great place for a family getaway.

We were looking for a place for weekend stay during foliage season, this place was not much advertised, so, when we saw it on TripAdviser, we decided to call first, and then decided to give it a try. Glad we did! Clean and spacious rooms, kitchen with all the amenities, property has a cloud house with indoor swimming pool, huge jacuzzi, arcade games, ping-pong and pool tables. It also has playground for kids. It was still two weeks to Halloween, but they already made a spooky maze which kids loved.
Will use again and recommend to friends!

Weekend AwaySuch a lovely place to stay, Condo was spotless, and so comfortable, love the grounds, Staff were great. Our Condo was on the 2nd.floor nice balcony, fireplace and fully equipped. The furniture was very comfortable.
Would certainly return and it is close to shopping and some great little restaurants, lots of things to see and do as a tourist.I believe all the Condo buildings are 3 stories, our did not have an elevator so you would have to check with the Office in regards to this if there is need of one.

Labor Day weekend marked our fourth stay at The Seasons, including a week this summer (2015), and 2014 and 2013 Labor Day weekends. I cannot count how many people I have recommended The Seasons to, it is that amazing!
First, we have stayed in three different units, and all have been consistently excellent. 22E, twice, 1E, and 9H. If you plan to walk to the pool, 1E is definitely recommended, although we didn’t have an issue just driving back and forth.
Plenty of other reviews mention the amazing clubhouse and I’ll just echo their sentiments. Our kids LOVE it. We LOVE it. The mini Fenway Park is cool, though we didn’t even find time to play wiffle ball this past trip. The fire pits by the fishing pond are great. My only suggestion would be to extend the clubhouse/fire pit hours during the summer months, perhaps to midnight.
The condos have all been phenomenal. Spend some time deciding sleeping arrangements prior to your trip. Familiarize yourself with the kitchen- it has everything!
Our last unit (9H) had a good amount of games in a trunk. That was cool. There is in house wifi that’s got a very small area of signal, but it reminds you that you’re there for a vacation, not to play on the internet.
Our kids already refer to The Seasons as our vacation house. If we can swing it, we’ll buy one. It might be a while though. Until then, we’ll just keep visiting.
PS, the area is GORGEOUS!
PPS: We have always booked through The Seasons itself and the staff there is wonderful.

We’ve been visiting this resort for more than 10 years! The condos are large and provide everything needed for your home away from home experience. No need to over-pack here; there’s a full kitchen, washer and dryer and plenty of room for families. The indoor pool and huge hot tub are perfect year round. The amenities on property are endless with tennis and basketball courts, game room, playground, stocked pond, grills, fire pits, a mini green-monster baseball field and the list goes on. Each unit is different and can accommodate any type of family or extended family. Attractions close by, convenient to North Conway shopping, restaurants and outdoor fun during any season. I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else – this place has it all! Pricing is excellent for what you have access to and one day we hope to own a place here at The Seasons – their on-site rental program is well established.

My fiancee and I have stayed in 6E with groups of friends in both the winter (skiing) and now the summer (hiking). 6E is in a great, quiet location within the Seasons, as it’s not near the road, but is still an easy walk to tennis courts, the firepits, and mini Fenway!

The condo has a great setup for groups/families, with one ensuite master bedroom and one loft bedroom with a double bed and two singles, plus a great sleeper couch downstairs (it fit at least six of us comfortably for movies!) and second bathroom.

The condo looks like it’s been recently updated and had everything we needed to cook (including a great coffee maker!). The bathrooms looked really new as well and the showers had amazing water pressure and great hot water, which was key for after hiking. Loved the duvets on the beds as well, they were really warm and cozy!

Will definitely be booking 6E again on our next trip up!

Loved unit 7-D! Beautiful unit! Fully equipped kitchen and nice comfortable beds.
If you are looking for a great place to stay in the North Conway area – then The Seasons is for you! Great staff and beautiful indoor pool.

My family and I had a stay here over the Christmas break to ski. It was super cold and the condo was warm. Nice layout, clean and a good amount of space. The resort was full, but not over crowded. Nice pool and facility.

An excellent place to unwind in the heated pool, Sauna, and large hot tub. Great game room too. Rooms are very clean and neat. Plenty of heat and with a fire place too. Friendly staff. Close to all the attractions and resteraunts and Settlers Shopping Outlets.

We have visited many times. There are many condos to rent and all size accommodations. We rented a penthouse unit which sleeps 8 to 10 people. They are all fully furnished and stocked. Our unit was very clean and close to the clubhouse which has a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and game rooms. The lower number units are best if you want to walk to the pool. The seasons is about a mile to Attitash mountain if you enjoy skiing and snowboarding in winter.

This was our 4th stay at The Seasons and the best yet. Our condos were nicely furnished, well equiped kitchens and with large screen TV’s and WiFi at 50 mbps with Netflix. One minor issue is that most doorbells do not work, which creates problems for visitors. Nice property with good access to trailheads,, cycling routes and N Conway shopping.

Clean condo with every amenity needed for a fun family trip. But the clubhouse and staff is what makes this place a 5. Helpful, professional, clean. Your staff helped make our stay a great one. It truly is where family traditions are started. Be back next year.

We stayed at into 5B, not our first time, and certainly not our last. We loved the paint colors in this unit, along with the super comfy couches that seemed brand new! The master bed had the biggest bed I’ve ever seen and was beyond comfortable, and the master bath was convenient for middle of the night bathroom breaks. My family loved the first floor porch so the kids could run around right in front of the condo. We will definitely be booking 5B again in the near future!

went to the mountains to take the kids to clarks trading post and the hotel was near this and the staff was nice the time was fun and the kids had fun thank you had the best time of all time this place was fun and the kids love it

I stay here often, great place for kids pool and rec room. Close to story land and ski slopes. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Playground and pond where you can have a fire in their fire pit and relax.

I haven’t stayed at The Seasons for 12 years and it’s better than I remembered it. We had 9 people and we all enjoyed our stay. First of all the condo itself was immaculate. Everything you need for a stay was provided. No need to bring a coffee pot, linens, utensils, dish soap, etc. The place was provided with all. Just bring laundry detergent if you want to do laundry (washer and dryer provided right in the condo) and food. The recreation center is great as well with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, arcade games, ping pong tables, etc. The rates are great as well, especially if you have a few people. Now I know why we always stayed at The Seasons! Located in a beautiful and convenient area as well.

We stayed at The Seasons in early August, 2 adults and 2 kids. The location is great for exploring the White Mountains – we went south to Kancamagus highway (Champney Falls, Boulder Loop, Sabbaday Falls), east to North Conway (Black Cap, Echo Lake, Diana’s Bath), north-west (Crawford Notch – Arethusa Falls, Mt Willard) and north-east (Pinkham Notch – Mt Washington). All were < half an drive. We did not go to StoryLand, but that is a 3 minute drive.

The condos are nice and convenient – 2 bedrooms, some with airconditioning (pick these if travelling in mid summer), free Wifi (worked well most of the time), fully equipped kitchens (though not stocked with oil/vinegar/foil/etc.). The resort also has a pool and a huge jacuzzi. As we were traveling during Covid, these required pre-booking (same day worked for week days, a couple days in advance for weekends). This was nice, as we were either the only ones there or with one other family max.

The location is great. The prices are reasonable. We stayed in 9G which is a penthouse with AC. The pictures are old and do not do it justice. It is very clean with many comfortable beds, 2 flat screen TVs and a a king size in the master. Highly recommended. It is often booked so call Seasons to ask when it is available.

Have visited this place many many times. Keep in mind that this is not your typical hotel, these are condos owned by people and they let you rent. You can choose your own rooms. Place is well kept and nicely located. Very close to town. Recommended!

We stayed here with friends. The condo we rented was very nice. Everything was new and very clean. The kitchen and living area were open so it was nice. There were two bedrooms and 2 baths. There was a deck that you could sit on and was covered. It also had a loft area that was really cool with a deck off of it where you could sit and get the sun. Although we didn’t use the pool and game room area it was very nice. Would definitely recommend it for a vacation or just a weekend getaway

Just returned from a great girls weekend. This was our second time at The Seasons and we really enjoyed our unit this trip. Since there were 6 of us, I selected 3H which had two bedrooms and a loft. The pictures online represent the unit well. The loft had four single beds and a sleeper sofa so we had plenty of room to stretch out. There is also a tv in the loft, along with one in the living room and one in the master. The unit has been updated. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the large dining table with enough chairs for all of us. We were impressed with the well stocked kitchen and the great job by housekeeping to keep the place fresh and clean. We will be back again and would probably request the same unit!

We first stayed here on winter break and we had a great time so we came back for this 4th of July weekend. Great amenities for families. Close to everything. Staff are great and helpful. The place is well maintained. I love their discount offers where you stay for 3 nights and the 4th night is free.

Stayed here with a group of 40 friends reserved well in advance for a July 4 weekend of great hiking.
The condos are located in a wooded area away from any traffic We had a two bedroom condo which was clean, very comfortable and well-furnished. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with good quality utensils

We just returned from a long weekend at the Seasons. This was our 3rd or 4th time here. Have not had a disappointing stay yet. The grounds are wonderful and far enough away from the road that noise is minimal. The condo we had had two bedrooms on the main floor, plus a full size bed, twin size bed, twin bunks and a futon in the loft. More than enough room for the 6 of us.

Plenty of good restaurants close by. We highly recommend the Margarita Grill. Also Delaney’s.

It is also just a short drive from Attitash, which is great in the suumer for the waterslides and alpine slide. As well as during the winter for skiing and snowboarding.

I highly recommend this place. It has everthing you want plus more.

Stayed in unit 10C. Great condition. Modern and very comfortable furniture. Flat screen TVs and an excellent bed in the master. Half a dozen extra pillows and extra blankets in the master closet. Good Wifi in the unit and a very well equipped kitchen.

The full kitchen is wonderful if you want an early breakfast to get on the trail as early as possible. Our hike was on a Friday so when we finished and headed out to dinner, there were some pretty long waits at the restaurants we tried to eat at. Instead of waiting, we decided to hit the grocery store and laid out a buffet back at the unit. Again, great to have that full kitchen and the flexibility that you would not have in a standard hotel room. Also nice to throw the hiking clothes in the washer and dryer in the unit when we finished the hike and have access to two full baths to clean up.

We booked through Seasons and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff at the clubhouse is a hiker and he helped us out tremendously with info and tips given that it was our first visit to the area. He was also very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Our building appeared to be fairly full when we were there and it was very quiet. I prefer quiet and appreciate that they have quiet hours on the property. I took a walk around 9:30 on Friday night and it was very peaceful throughout the wooded property. I understand that you can’t always control who will be staying at the property, but our experience was exactly the peace and quiet that we were looking for. The bedrooms for this unit were located on the outer walls and did not share a wall with another unit so no worries about sound coming through the bedroom walls. We heard nothing from upstairs or downstairs.

I would not hesitate to book this unit again.
