FRONT DESK AGENT

Providing excellent customer service is one of the most important job duties
You should be able to greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly, and conversational manner
Communicate effectively with other members of the staff and maintain a professional attitude even in the face of challenges, such as an irate guest
Strive to provide guests with the best experience possible and work to solve problems quickly rather than have a guest leave with a bad impression of the resort
Book reservations and assign condos based on availability
Register and check-out guests
Answer inquiries regarding Seasons Resort by email, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests’ complaints

Repairs doors, door locks, closets, installs window blinds
Repair minor leaks in sinks and toilets
Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required
Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures
Performs outside custodial duties such as snow removal, lawn mowing and trimming as required
Performs preventive maintenance procedures on buildings and some equipment
